Account Manager – Industrial Sales

Alli Fabrication is a growing custom metal fabrication and contract manufacturing company. Having recently expanded our contract manufacturing capabilities, Alli Fabrication is looking for an Account Manager that will be responsible for all sales activity within that department. The Account Manager will sell tube laser and sheet laser cutting as well as sheet metal bending services to current and potential clients. Requires substantial initiative, resourcefulness, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare action plans for identifying and procuring new clients
• Prepare presentations and proposals for current and potential clients
• Develop long-term relationships with contract manufacturing clients
• Develop and maintain sales materials and knowledge of contract manufacturing capabilities
• Travel throughout the east coast to meet with current and potential customers to build and maintain relationships, sell company services, and obtain new leads and referrals
• Maintain detailed logs of all sales activity and regularly prepare weekly status reports
• Identify and resolve client concerns
• Work effectively with administrative and leadership teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience and/or training; or Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge or experience with sheet metal / light industrial manufacturing /sales is preferred
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills required
• Negotiation and contract-development
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
